Decision Making and Planning for the End of Life
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church is hosting a panel presentation addressing decision making and planning for the end of life. There are many important things to consider before our life on earth ends. Some we know, some we may not know. Planning can give us peace of mind for ourselves and our loved ones.
This seminar is open to the public. Individuals, families, and caregivers are welcome.
The End of Life Decisions panel will consist of clergy, a hospice representative, an attorney, and a hospital chaplain. There will also be information about choosing a funeral home and planned-giving. In addition to brief presentations by each panel member, there will be ample opportunities to ask questions or seek specific guidance.
There is no cost, but please register in advance by calling Deacon Jeff Powell at 812-945-2374 no later than Friday, September 13. Thank you! Registration and light refreshments start at 6:00 pm. Enter Church basement via the side door down the ramp.
