There are many important things to consider before our life on earth ends. Some we know, some we may not know. Planning can give us peace of mind for ourselves and our loved ones. This seminar is open to the public. Individuals, families, and caregivers are welcome. The End of Life Decisions panel will consist of clergy, a hospice representative, an attorney, and a hospital chaplain.
