C3 Neighborhood Watch Activation Relaunch

Community Covenant Connection (C3) is a powerful force in community safety, bringing residents together, empowering youth, and activating neighborhoods to reclaim and protect their blocks. In 2026 alone, C3 has demonstrated measurable, boots-on-the-ground impact: Produced and released a community-based documentary honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream in Parkland and Park DuValle Hosted a month-long Black History Month Legacy Movie Night Series, engaging over 60 youth Partnered with LMPD, mayoral staff, and city leaders, including participation in the Mayor’s Walk in the California neighborhood Attended councilman meetings and civic engagement efforts Led alley and street clean-ups to improve neighborhood conditions Provided direct support to victims of crime Participated in community engagement initiatives such as Café Louie’s Joined the LMPD Advisory Board Expanded its footprint across West Louisville This is not theory. This is not talk. This is real community action and measurable impact. C3 Neighborhood Watch Activation Meeting Tuesday, March 24, 2026 6:30 PM-8:00 PM NIA Center This is a one-of-a-kind, interactive activation experience led by trained C3 Watchers—community members taking leadership in neighborhood safety. Attendees will: Learn how C3 is reshaping community safety Experience how neighbors are being trained and activated Have the opportunity to become official C3 members Engage in a movement focused on sustainable, community-led solutions ABOUT C3 Community Covenant Connection (C3) is an initiative of COS, launched on September 9, 2025, as an advanced neighborhood block watch model serving Parkland and Park DuValle. Its mission: Authentic neighbors helping neighbors create a safer, nonviolent community, one block at a time.
