C3 Neighborhood Watch Activation Relaunch
Community Covenant Connection (C3) is a powerful force in community safety, bringing residents together, empowering youth, and activating neighborhoods to reclaim and protect their blocks.
In 2026 alone, C3 has demonstrated measurable, boots-on-the-ground impact:
Produced and released a community-based documentary honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream in Parkland and Park DuValle
Hosted a month-long Black History Month Legacy Movie Night Series, engaging over 60 youth
Partnered with LMPD, mayoral staff, and city leaders, including participation in the Mayor’s Walk in the California neighborhood
Attended councilman meetings and civic engagement efforts
Led alley and street clean-ups to improve neighborhood conditions
Provided direct support to victims of crime
Participated in community engagement initiatives such as Café Louie’s
Joined the LMPD Advisory Board
Expanded its footprint across West Louisville
