Festival for the Animals is a party in pet paradise!
On Saturday, September 24, join the Maryland SPCA for exciting pet activities, great food trucks and vendors, family fun, and more at Padonia Park Club. Ticket proceeds will save homeless animals at the MD SPCA.
The Festival will be held on 30 picturesque acres of lush grass, wooded areas, and a majestic pond. Join our classic walk, then participate in unique pet-focused activities including a Dog Swim*. Every registration includes a Festival t-shirt, bandana, and lei.
Friends and families both human and fur can explore unique activity areas like Petscape, Serious Play, Pawdacity Pet Contests, Spaw Daw, Vendor Row, the Flea-less Market, and our Dog Drench. Make a DIY Pet Toy, get your pet a paw-decure, play Giant Fetch, and run an agility course.
The day also includes summer classics like basketball, volleyball, and corn hole. Delight in delicious food trucks, shop favorite local vendors, and bring home memories with one-of-a-kind photo-ops throughout the park. 
Prizes will be awarded for Best Summer Vibe, Coolest Costume, Silliest Trick, Pet/Human Twinning, and Biggest Tongue.
Social dogs are welcome to attend on leash.
* Please be aware: owners must show proof that their dog is vaccinated for Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo to participate in the dog swim.
