Excelerate Workshop: Contest Without Conflict
We are often faced with conflict from every direction, and yet, every day we have to work together with people and processes we may disagree with. How do we not stop there, but lean into the uncomfortable, and disagree civilly? During this workshop, you will walk away with developed skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Together, we will learn how to be passionate about our ideas, but not let that cloud our ability to listen and hear others and how to advocate for what we care about without burning bridges.
