Webster University Film Series Presents The Thin Blue Line

(Errol Morris, 1988, USA, 102 minutes) Errol Morris’ legendary work of true crime filmmaking, The Thin Blue Line couples Morris’ established filmmaking techniques (first person camera, colorful interviewees, letting people speak their mind in long takes) with his background as a private investigator, which he did for a time before trying his hand at filmmaking.
