Ready to get your energy out? Join one of our classes or our videos on YouTube and dance with at home. The instructor starts each class with a stretch, a Hip-Hop isolation, dancing Zumba routines following the teacher and playing interactive dance games. The music and movement are all kid appropriate and grandma approved.
