How does it work?

After placing your order, you'll get an automated confirmation that we received your order. Your local Celebrator will call you if they have any questions. Please note you are paying for a rental and not purchasing the signs. 

Setup may occur from 8:00 pm the day before to 7:30 am the day of the reservation, if you need an earlier setup please let your Celebrator know. We then pick up the signs later than Sunset on the (last) day of the reservation, anywhere from 8:00 pm to 7:30 the next day. 

Delivery, set up and take down of the sign greetings are all included in the price. If this is a gift make sure to let the homeowners know we will be setting up in their yard.

Where do you deliver signs?

We are adding Celebrators nationwide. Please check our Book Now link to see if your zip code is covered, and if not, consider being a Celebrator in your area (Rewards, Flexible Schedule, etc.) Some area's are considered to be our extended delivery zone and there is an extra fee.

Can we do them for more than one day?

Yes! Please let us know and we will gladly work with you. No party should only last 24 hours!

Can signs be set up a different time?

​We are here to meet the needs of your occasion. Make sure to let us know on your order under special instructions that you need a different time and we will work to accommodate it. 

Do you give discounts to schools?

YES!! We love to support schools and PTA's. Send us an email and we will send you information on our schools signs program. 

Can I buy signs from you to keep?

We are a rental only business. Purchasing is not available at this time.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up your display or delay setups. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund.
