This is a no workout introduction class to explain details of the program. Expect 30-45mins.
During this time the coach and potential client can review goals, injuries and/or address any concerns moving forward with the program.
- Dynamic workout space features: pull up bars, barbells, skiergs, air bikes, slam balls, sandbags, sleds, dumbbells, kettlebells, and jump rope.
- Instructor qualifications: 19 years of experience, CPR certified, CrossFit level 2 certified.
