You can also practices tying your loaf into various shapes and using pans of different shapes and sizes. We will be baking the loaves that we score in class, so we can see the results of our handiwork in real time. Yes, this means you'll be able to take home some freshly baked loaves to enjoy! Don't forget to take photos before you cut into your beautiful loaf!
