Sourdough Scoring Masterclass
We will experiment with using different types of lames and tools to have optimum dexterity and comfort as you score your loaves. You can also practices tying your loaf into various shapes and using pans of different shapes and sizes. We will be baking the loaves that we score in class, so we can see the results of our handiwork in real time. Yes, this means you'll be able to take home some freshly baked loaves to enjoy! Don't forget to take photos before you cut into your beautiful loaf! Included in the class are two freshly baked loaves (that you score and bake in class) as well as your own lame to take home.
