This program will provide a foundation for committing to change and choosing a healthier lifestyle. Topics covered include using MyPlate, identifying eating cues, healthy snacking, reading food labels, portion control, eating out, nutrition and physical activity myths, preventing and managing relapse and physical activity suggestions. Each participant will receive a simple smart bracelet to track activity, heart rate and more.
