This class incorporates circular (conscious connected breathwork), and diaphragmatic breathing practices for nervous system regulation. This practice can result in physical and emotional release, and is a transformative and activating process for healing and stress reduction. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. If you plan to enjoy the cold plunge and sauna afterward, don't forget to bring a swimsuit. Towels, sandals, and hydration will be provided.
