LOVE OUT LOUD FEST
Love Out Loud Fest is a free, community-centered celebration of music, art, and authentic self-expression taking place on July 23 from 7:00 PM–11:00 PM at Jubilee Field in Louisville, Kentucky.
Created by Louisville R&B artist Tayzzy (Kayleigh Knies), Love Out Loud exists to provide a welcoming space where everyone—especially LGBTQ+ individuals and other underrepresented communities—can feel seen, safe, and celebrated. The festival brings together local musicians, artists, vendors, nonprofits, and community leaders for an evening focused on connection, creativity, and joy.
This year's festival features live performances by Tayzzy, Just Joey (Gary, Indiana), Penny Margaux, and Baby Grace, with music throughout the evening provided by DJ Slone XM.
Guests can shop from local vendors, connect with community organizations, and participate in interactive, pay-what-you-can experiences such as face painting, tarot readings, and rave braids. Admission is completely free, making the event accessible to people of all backgrounds.
The festival will also feature a special appearance from Shameka Parrish-Wright, mayoral nominee for Louisville, who will be attending and speaking about civic engagement, community advocacy, and the importance of participating in local elections.
More than just a music festival, Love Out Loud is a movement dedicated to creating spaces where people can show up authentically, discover local talent, support small businesses, and build meaningful connections. Through music, art, advocacy, and community, Love Out Loud celebrates the idea that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved exactly as they are.
