Liquor Lab Modern-Classic Cocktails Classes
A modern-classic is a term that you will often hear thrown around in most cocktail bars. What does this mean? It's a reference to a new or altered cocktail that has achieved global fame from public demand and bartenders alike. In short, it bridges old, traditional recipes with modern mixology. In this class we'll explore some of the more recent modern-classics while putting a spin of our own on them, and talk about their evolution over time. An example could be how the Whiskey Sour became the Gold Rush and evolved into the Penicillin (or Peni-chillin if you're into a nice frozen cocktail) thanks to Sam Ross and the crew at the world-famous cocktail bar, Attaboy.
