DSP Open Interview Hiring Event
You will be supporting people to live their own lives. To do that, you will make connections and build bonds through person-centered thinking. No worries, we’ll train you on being person-centered. You will also receive paid professional healthcare certifications to guide you on quality support, documentation, charting, working on goals, and meeting milestones. Providing support may look like going on a hike, having a movie night, or spending time learning and teaching a new recipe in the kitchen. It can also look like doing physical therapy exercises, working out at the gym, or providing personal care as needed.
