Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We utilize a high-energy training staff, and we have real time heart rate-monitoring systems to show you your performance throughout the WOD.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Strong Side CrossFit was started with the intention to bring the community and support of CrossFit to everyone. All too often CrossFit gyms charge a premium for their service. We feel money should not be a barrier to someone getting in the best shape of their life.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing PRs. Getting someone stronger is the greatest reward we can ever ask for here.
