Routines are almost never the same. It’s like the weather around here, if you don’t like it right now, just give it a minute.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started working with athletes, and then friends of mine and the parents of my athletes started to get interested. It’s been great fun getting to work with adults in addition to athletes.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with the people that come to the gym and seeing those people support each other, push each other, improve their fitness, and have a genuinely good time.
