As a group we will meet online to experience the "Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement" (MSPE) program. This program is published the American Psychological Association (APA) and is scientifically proven to enhance sport performance.
We will learn, experience, and inquire as a group. Formal and informal meditation are taught and learned. The science behind the program is looked at.
Scientific research shows that this group may result in the participant experiencing (1) gains in mental health, (2) decreases in cognitive and somatic anxiety, (3) increases in the frequency of flow.
