Zumba for seniors
On Thursday, Jan. 11, from 3 to 4 p.m., the Scott Room will be filled with “happy feet,” adults enjoying a fun and energetic Zumba session with Laura, who has taught classes all over Westchester County for 18 years. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in dance and theater, Laura danced in the movie, “Saturday Night Fever.”
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
