About Project REBUILD: For nearly twenty-five years, our program has worked with 16-24-year-olds in Stark County, Ohio, facing barriers to success in the workplace. These barriers may include low income, high school dropout, foster youth, and court involvement. As an affiliate of YouthBuild USA, the core components of education, vocational training, leadership, counseling and case management, and graduate success planning are woven into all aspects of our program. Our program is comprehensive, intimate, and founded on relationships and trust. During the nine-month program, young people spend at least 50% of their time focused on earning their high school diploma, at least 40% of their time focusing on hands-on, vocational training in the career pathways of Customer Service and Construction, and the remaining 10% focusing on leadership development and life skills. Our ultimate goal is to positively impact every part of our members' lives so that they may become catalysts toward improving their community.
