Youth Haven Cherish the Children Luncheon
Youth Haven, Collier County’s only emergency and residential shelter for abused and neglected children ages 6 to 21, is pleased to announce its Cherish the Children Luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 5. Held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, the annual luncheon offers an inspiring opportunity to learn more about the life-changing impact of Youth Haven's trauma-informed programs and services.
This year's luncheon will feature keynote speaker Sasha Joseph Neulinger, an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, motivational speaker and child abuse survivor whose powerful story of resilience, healing and hope has inspired audiences worldwide. Since his acclaimed TEDx talk, “Trauma Is Irreversible. How It Shapes Us Is Our Choice,” Neulinger has delivered more than 100 keynote presentations and helped raise more than $8 million to support child abuse prevention efforts.
Carlos Escoto and Dr. Irene Gladstein will serve as event co-chairs, and Amanda and Ian Schmoyer of Christopher Alan Homes will serve as honorary chairs. Naples Illustrated is the event's media sponsor.
Individual tickets are $500.
