Young Artist Studio Series: Ceramic Sculpture (ages 7-10)
This 6 week series is designed for young artists ages 7-10 who want to delve into and master the basics of a specific medium. Our teaching artists will guide students through the fundamentals of their chosen medium; fostering creativity and encouraging exploration.
In this studio series, participants will dive into the world of ceramic sculpture by learning the basics of hand-building, glazing, and firing to create fun and exciting sculptural pieces. These classes have a flexible curriculum so teaching artists can adapt to the students needs. All levels welcome and all materials and firing fees included.
Class will meet weekly on Saturdays from 10:00-11:00 AM. Class dates are January 13, January 20, January 27, February 3, February 10, and February 17. Cost for all 6 classes is $250.
