Jessika is a 300hr Certified Yoga Instructor from El Paso, Texas. A native El Pasoan, she has been practicing yoga for 18 years, teaching for 10. Studying a range of styles, she teaches Vinyasa, Bikyasa, Barre, Power, Heated Power, & Kurunta, a strap supported practice. When you join a class, expect to unplug from your day, get inspired by new shapes & let the music take you on a journey moving & exploring your body. Build strength, balance, flexibility, control, stamina, mental clarity, focus. You leave feeling inspired, challenged & prepared with tools to apply to life; come fill your cup with the best medicine there is!
