This is for anyone wanting to learn and those wanting to teach. We have been offering in-depth study programs since 2007. This program has evolved through the years. As we learn, we bring it to you! This program is grounded in the roots of yoga, with modern-day applications. We are registered with Yoga Alliance and recognized by the International Association of Yoga Therapy.
