Yoga Day Retreat: Spirituality and Torah
Diane Bloomfield is coming to Napa to share her unique blend of movement & Torah insight, rooted in the deep well of Jewish mystical tradition. Join us for an uplifting afternoon of movement & meaning. You do not need to be Jewish or a Yogi to come experience this unique exploration of movement and spirituality. All are welcome!

Torah study & discussion
Restorative sound bath led by Beth Shalom member Amy Hall

Diane Bloomfield is an internationally acclaimed teacher & author who founded Torah Yoga®, blending the wisdom of Jewish tradition with the mindful practice of yoga. She is the author of the classic Torah Yoga: Experiencing Jewish Wisdom through Classic Postures as well as her new book Playing With Fire: Hebrew Doorways to the Jewish Soul. Diane teaches Torah Yoga around the world.
