Come and join us for a rejuvenating Yoga & Meditation practice in the tranquil beauty of Haskell Gardens. This unique class is designed to help you connect deeply with yourself and the nature around you through breathwork, gentle stretches, basic poses, and a guided meditation. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or cushion is optional.
