YMCA Community Health Assessment Day
Join us on March 29th at the Y at East Central from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. for a FREE health assessment.
Assessments will be led by YMCA Health and Wellness directors. When your assessment is complete, you will have the opportunity to sit down with a health coach one-on-one, talk about your assessment and set a few goals based on what you learned.
