Yin Yoga in Nature
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues in the body helping to increase flexibility release tension as well as an opportunity to be in your body.
First half of the class is a warm up stretch and then we move into holding poses for 2-3 minutes while connecting with the breath and finding a deeper connection with your body.
This event will take place at Earth 'n' Us Farm a hidden gem located at 7630 NE 1 Ave ( in vibrant Little Haiti) come practice in nature surrounded by nature and rescued goats pigs chickens and emus.
Class is Donation Based.
