Yappy Hour at Palenque Grill 3 to 6 p.m.
The Shops at La Cantera with its lush landscaping and tranquil water elements provides a
natural environment for shoppers and well-behaved canine companions to enjoy National
Dogs Day, Monday, August 26.
The open-air shopping environment is an ideal setting for a brisk, fashionable stroll and world-class shopping experience with more than 75 percent of retailers welcoming shoppers and pets in stores.
In honor of National Dogs Day, Palenque Grill is offering a Yappy Hour on its patio from 3 to 6 p.m., Monday, August 26 – all canine companions receive free dog treat.
Pets are welcome in mall common areas, except the children's play area and water fountains. Pet friendly merchants, businesses and dining establishments will be identified on mall directories. The Shops at La Cantera pet policy is available online at www.theshopsatlacantera.com.
Before You Go Shopping with Your Dog
\Be sure your pet is on a leash and that you have up-to-date vaccination tags on the collar. If you have a small dog, using a carrier also is a smart way to go. Dogs at The Shops must be under the control of their owner at all times.
Be prepared to clean up after your canine friend. If you forget to bring waste disposal bags, The Shops at La Cantera will provide six waste bag dispenser sites throughout the property.
