World Storytelling Day: Building Bridges
World Storytelling Day is coming to Albuquerque! Celebrated every year on or near the Spring Equinox, story lovers ‘round the world join in a global celebration of oral storytelling on the same theme. This year’s theme is Building Bridges.
Storytellers of New Mexico joins the fun with Carey McDonald, Kaade, Matilde Machiavello, and Regina Ress offering tales, traditional and personal, and music that encourages us to reach across barriers, meet new people, in our world and perhaps even be open to the unseen, all in the service of building bridges to peace and understanding. What a great theme to explore!
