Working Remotely at 50+: Is it for everyone?
Brought on by a necessity, it became apparent that working from home tasks could be done effectively; projects could be managed efficiently. Two models are emerging: The Hybrid Model which schedules a blend of working on-site and off-site. And the Fully Remote model in which all work is done off-site.
