Work Forward 2.0 Program
Build Skills. Get Certified. Move Forward.
Progressive Alliance CDC is now accepting registrations for Work Forward 2.0, an eight-week workforce development program designed to prepare participants for employment and career advancement. Participants will receive employability training and earn certifications in Warehouse Basics, Power Industrial Truck, First Aid/CPR, and OSHA 10. Job placement opportunities begin after three weeks, with positions paying approximately $19–$24 per hour.
The program runs October 12–December 3, 2026, Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30–7:30 p.m. Participants who meet program requirements will also receive PPE and a $150 stipend.
