Women’s Self Defense - FREE
In this fun, interactive class, attendees will learn lifelong skills to help them avoid an attack and defend themselves. No special attire is needed, and the skills taught do not depend on strength or athleticism.
The seminar is free and open to women 18 and over. It is led by “Gunny” Jeff Norman, author of 'Going Badger: A Woman’s Guide to the Fine Art of Going Honey Badger on a Bad Guy.'
