Women's Self-Defense & Empowerment Workshop
With a bit of training, you'll have options for staying as safe as you possibly can in varying situations. Many situations start subtly. Learn to spot them right away so you can get out ASAP.
You have strength and power in your body that will allow you to physically, mentally, and emotionally defend yourself, stand strong, feel powerful, and safe.
And if you don't feel this in your body and/or your mind right now, then think about getting some training.
