Women's Rosh Chodesh Society Class "Rachel - Mother of Devotion"
You are welcome to join Chabad Women’s Circle for a monthly Rosh Chodesh Society course entitled “One Wow Moment,” which takes a scholarly peek at pivotal moments of personal decision within the lives of seven women of biblical fame, and investigates the psychology and internal strengths that propelled these women, with remarkable effectiveness, across chasms of doubt and timidity. This course is a valuable and intriguing guide to exerting confidence, courage, empowerment, altruism, and deeper purpose when faced with unexpected opportunities, personal dilemmas, and moments of consequential decision. The January 11th segment will highlight our foremother, Rachel, and we will analyze the fascinating life of our Matriarch Rachel—referred to lovingly for millennia as our collective “mother”—for inspiration and guidance on the value of acting altruistically. Refreshments will be served. Following the class, women will enjoy the opportunity to make their own fruit centerpieces. For assisting with underwriting the course cost, we extend appreciation to Anne Stein. The cost for the Rosh Chodesh Society session is $20. Women joining for the first time join free of charge.
