Women's Circle
Apogee hosts a women's circle every other month - join when you can! Together, we will explore everything from conscious parenting and holistic wellbeing to personal dreams and challenges, all in the spirit of open-hearted connection. Step into a circle where your story matters, your voice is heard, and your wisdom is valued.
The August 10th circle will be led by Somatic Trauma Practitioner, Enneagram Facilitator, and Somatic Yin Yoga Guide Meagan Connley of Presence With Love. In circle, we will explore ourselves holistically through a somatic lens, coming into our bodies, hearts, minds, and spirits. There will be somatic practices, self-reflection, partnered discussion, and optional group sharing.
We invite you to slow down, connect with yourself and other women, and explore somatic healing.
