ABOUT THE EXHIBITION ARTIST
Flávia Junqueira lives and works in São Paulo and has developed an internationally recognized artistic practice. She holds a PhD in Visual Arts from the Institute of Arts at the State University of Campinas, a Master’s degree in Visual Poetry from the University of São Paulo, and a photography degree from the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation.
Known for her large-scale balloon installations staged in historically significant spaces, Junqueira’s work blends celebration with reflection, transforming environments into immersive visual experiences. .Brazilian photographer and visual artist Flávia Junqueira will debut a special interactive installation inside The Next Whisky Bar.
Emilie Picard is a French painter whose delicate compositions of discarded objects and symbols appear on canvases marked by cracks, gaps, and tears—visual elements that underscore the fragility of life and the inevitability of mortality.

Ellen de Meijer, a Dutch painter, presents portraits of modern archetypes that embody both aggressor and victim, exploring society’s complex power dynamics and the social structures that shape human behavior.
Lesley Bodzy is a contemporary multidisciplinary artist whose work spans painting, sculpture, and installation. Known for her innovative use of paint as both image and object, she transforms liquid pigment into layered, suspended, and sculptural forms that blur the boundaries between two- and three-dimensional art.
