Women Connect: Hi, Anxiety!
We live in an age of constant connection, packed schedules—and increasing rates of anxiety. Bring your questions and join our Methodist experts at our next Women Connect event as we work to define anxiety, better understand it and learn to manage it.
After the Q&A, stay for a full slate of healthy living experiences, including free flu shots, therapy dogs, meditative yoga and nutrition advice for better mental health.
In addition to healthy living, Women Connect encourages impactful giving. Our anxiety event will support the life-changing work of Methodist Community Counseling Program.
