Although California winemaking is relatively "new" compared to the long histories of Italy, France, and Spain, it's important to remember the families who have passionately developed their craft in California over time. The Bianchi family's wine journey started 3 generations ago with vineyards in the San Joaquin River area of Central California, producing premium, award-winning wines and continually refining their skills. THE WINES
23 Reserve Gewurztraminer (retail $42)
Aromas of exotic lychee, ruby red grapefruit, rose petals and ginger. On the palate, a burst of tropical flavors erupt, treating us to flavors of sweet lychee fruit, fresh apricot and juicy pineapple, creating a luscious experience balanced by a crisp acidity.
21 Reserve Chardonnay (retail $52)
Staying true to the vineyard at Bien Nacido, this expression of Chardonnay has a beautiful, aromatic nose that smells of citrus, green apples and freshly picked tropical fruit. Flavors of wet slate, sweet pear tart, and mouth-watering Meyer lemon dominate this bottling, with strong hints of butter and cream on the silky-smooth finish.
24 Signature Rose of Cinsault (retail $31)
Vibrant aromas of wild strawberries, ripe raspberries, and a hint of watermelon mingle with subtle floral notes. The palate is bright and refreshing, with juicy red fruit flavors complemented by a delicate minerality and a whisper of citrus zest.
21 Reserve Pinot Noir (retail $71)
This 2021 Reserve hails from Solomon Hills Vineyard, and you can really sense the maritime influence in this delicate expression of Pinot Noir. The body is light, with a bright vermillion shine, and the aroma is earthy with faint floral scents of roses, violets and freshly picked cherries.
22 Signature Zinfandel (retail $40)
Aromas of ripe blackberries and cherries mingle with hints of vanilla and baking spices, enticing the senses. This wine unfolds with rich flavors of dark plum, raspberry jam and a touch of cocoa, framed by velvety, mild tannins that provide structure and balance.
22 Reserve BDX Cuvee (retail $88)
Powerful and complex aromas of oak, herbs, spice and baked fruit are plentiful, and complemented by secondary scents of forest floor, clove and vanilla. With similar flavors on the palate, this dry and full bodied wine’s excellent tannic structure lends to a strong age-ability component.
