This is part of our roundtable dinner series that invites a small group to enjoy a meal with the person who made the wine they’re drinking! It’s a perfect way to learn about the winemaker, the winery and the region.
From Bolzano in Northern Italy, the Hofstätter family produces wines from indigenous varietals such as pinot bianco, pinot grigio, gewurztraminer, lagrein and pinot noir.
