Led by our sommelier, Emma Bavera, we'll spend the afternoon exploring the history of this iconic region and the versatility of the wines it produces.

- How winemaker choices influence style.
- The history of the region.
- How awesome Champagne is!
Who is this class suited for?
Anyone (over the age of 21, of course) who loves a bit of bubbly! No prior wine knowledge is necessary.
Will there be food?
Absolutely - where there's wine, there must be snacks! We'll be serving focaccia, cheeses, meats, and other small bites.
Time:
- Doors will open at 12:30pm for snacks, chats, and a bit of bubbly.
- Class will begin promptly at 1:00pm and run until around 2:30pm.
