Window Glazing Workshop
Have a snack while learning wooden window terminology, anatomy, and maintenance requirements before taking to the shop. There, everyone will have the opportunity to practice glazing techniques on their own personal (mini) window. Participants will leave with a foundational understanding of window preservation and the confidence to evaluate and approach their own glazing projects. In addition to their mini window, attendees will receive an Abatron kit, glazing, and glazier’s knife, as well as John Leeke’s Save America's Windows.
No experience is required; please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you’re comfortable working in. Gloves, eye protection, and aprons will be provided. Space is limited (8 seats; 18 or older). Call 414-963-1901 to register by Tuesday, September 9th.
