Michael Allman Brings Southern Rock Legacy to the Richey Suncoast Theatre May 9
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — Winding River Promotions presents southern rock artist Michael Allman live at the historic Richey Suncoast Theatre on Saturday, May 9, 2026, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the show beginning at 7:30 p.m.
The son of legendary Allman Brothers Band frontman Gregg Allman, Michael Allman continues the family’s musical legacy while forging his own path as a performer and songwriter. His shows blend classic southern rock influences with original material, delivering the soulful sound that has made the Allman name synonymous with American roots music.
The concert takes place during Mother’s Day weekend in downtown New Port Richey, in honor of Michael’s mother Mary Lynn Sutton, adding a celebratory atmosphere to the evening’s performance.
Tickets are $50 general admission and are available through the Richey Suncoast Theatre box office or in person at Michael’s Music Emporium / The Half Eaten Peach, located at 7139 US 19 in New Port Richey.

Visitors traveling for the show can stay at the nearby Hacienda Hotel, a historic landmark in downtown New Port Richey offering a special Mother’s Day weekend rate for Michael’s guests with the code “PEACH.”
Additional Mother’s Day weekend events include an acoustic brunch performance by Michael Allman and Mark Shane at Whiskey River on the Water on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
