Will Kempe's Players present Shakeseare's Julius Caesar
Bring your chair or blanket and settle into the lawn at the Shaker Height Society. Will Kempe’s Players transports you to Rome, and Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar. You will be immersed in action and language as patrician and plebeian struggle to retain a republic or to establish a monarchy. The deadly conflicts erupt, not only from deeply held philosophies, but also from petty jealousy, delusion, and tragically mistaken identity. Be prepared for both cheeky musical interludes and stylized violence.
In case of inclement weather, the performance will move inside.
Suitable for audiences tweens and older.
