In the māla or garden of life, let us explore together and uproot the stories we tell ourselves that may hinder growth, water the inherent gifts that reside within, and witness the blossoming living story that is you, me, us, we; rooted in strength and aloha.
In this group talk story session, we will be learning with nature about our inner-nature, engaging our whole senses with therapeutic arting, mindfulness, depth of reflections, and one another to steward forth empowering stories from the garden of life within.
Group exploration and discussion will be tailored developmentally for women ages 18 and older, however, mothers who would like to bring their children are welcome. If you plan to bring children, we encourage you to bring your keiki's favorite activities so they can play and enjoy the outdoors!
Materials are provided. Do bring snacks and water for personal nourishment, a blanket or seated pillow for comfort, and a journal if necessary.
Registration is required - please note that we are charging a registration fee to cover the cost of materials.
