The carnival is part of the Wesley Chapel Fall Festival's family-friendly annual festivities Oct. 25-26 from 11am to 6pm. This North Tampa Bay Chamber event features bands, community entertainment, food trucks, kids' activities, a trunk or treat, fall pageant, costume contests, pumpkin photo stops and vendors.
