Pilates. Party. Designed for all ages and experience levels, the class is low-impact and community-friendly. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by the class from 9 to 10 a.m. Registration is $23 per person and includes the class and one mimosa. To register, visit SlipawayCape.com/WOTW. Guests can also explore a variety of wellness vendors onsite until 1 p.m., offering essential oil products and candles, permanent jewelry, chair massages, a cold plunge and more.
