Weekly Sound Bowl Healing at Leaf Spa Chicago for Spring
Leaf Spa at Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park invites guests to experience the hope, love and joy that spring has to offer with weekly sound bowl healing classes meant to help relax and rejuvenate. Led by Meditation facilitator Jay Taylor, the one-hour-long class welcomes guests to lay back and allow the powerful frequencies of the crystal singing bowls to support them in reaching deep states of relaxation. As the sounds shift, so too will guests’ experience by taking them into moments of deep relaxation and feelings of resistance. Through these moments of resistance, guests can truly practice meditation by noticing how they are feeling, tuning into their breath, and letting go. No prior experience in meditation is required to participate and benefit from this offering.
